Can women use hair growth lasers

One of the most common questions we are asked is, can i, as a woman use hair loss laser therapy for my thinning hair?

Yes, you can and one of the many benifits you will receive is thicker hair as well as this is one of the most common reported benifits of laser therapy

Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) is a non-surgical laser therapy that uses non-thermal light photons to heal hair follicles. The type of laser used is different from many peoples perceptions of lasers: it does not heat or burn the skin. The cool laser light is directed on the scalp and absorbed into the scalp’s surface. This energy is absorbed by the cells and the repair of the hair follicle begins and the process of initiating hair regrowth commences.

If laser hair therapy is administered in a clinic, the client typically will sit under a dome-shaped machine for an allotted period of time (usually half an hour to an hour) while undergoing laser hair therapy. This treatment is generally repeated over the course of 7-9 months for optimal hair regrowth.

Consumers can also opt to utilize laser products at home in order to achieve an effective laser hair regrowth treatment. These can be used in the privacy of a consumer’s home and use exactly the same Low Level Laser hair Therapy that hair loss clinics and hair treatment centers use. Laser hair growth therapy treatments with laser products should be done approximately 3-4 times per week at 15-30 minutes per session.

It should be noted that the Laser Combs with one laser and a handful of led's are just not powerful enough to regrow your hair, an overhead hair growth laser is the best choice for women.
